We don't ship surprises. Every project goes through a written discovery phase before code happens, so you see scope, risk, and cost before signing.
Six steps
How we run a project.

Free discovery call.
45–60 minutes. We listen for the actual problem, not the spec. NDA signed before, if you want.

Discovery Phase Report.
A written document: scope, technical risks, integration points, recommended architecture, and a real estimate range. You keep it whether we work together or not.

Estimate & contract.
MSA + SOW with sprint-level breakdown. Clear deliverables, payment milestones, exit clauses. No padded hours, no surprise scope.
04
Sprint cadence.
Two-week sprints. Demo every Friday. You see real builds on real hardware, not slides.
05
Release.
We handle App Store / Play Store submission, review responses, and the inevitable launch-week hotfixes. Your name on the developer account, our hands on the controls.
06
Post-launch retainer.
Optional fractional team for maintenance, A/B tests, growth experiments, and the next release cycle. Typically 0.5–1.0 FTE for active products.
